- To install 4 offices in 4 HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) in Guatemala and Colombia, following these guidelines and models, so that they can serve as reference and promotion.
- To develop management and innovation capacities in the professionals of the installed SCAs in order to promote cultural changes in the teaching and learning of the HEIs.
- To design and develop Teacher Training Plans in the CEAS, in three areas: (1) active and hybrid methodologies; (2) monitoring and evaluation strategies through learning analysis; (3) research on teaching practice itself for continuous improvement.
