The University of Galileo, a partner of the PROF-XXI Project, will begin the MOOC:
Academic Integrity in Digital Education
This MOOC is part of the PROF-XXI teacher training plan, it will last for 5 weeks, concluding on July 24. Its main objective is to introduce the educational community to the aspects, general principles, and methods of application that should be an essential part of the culture of academic integrity in teaching practices. This includes the use of various technologies available to promote digital academic quality.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the foundations and general principles of academic integrity from its definition to its application in teaching.
- Describe the application of values that govern the process of academic integrity in digital education.
- Recognize actions related to academic dishonesty.
- Establish strategies to build a culture of academic integrity within the educational institution.
- Differentiate the use of technology as an ally of academic integrity applied to their context.
This course will be delivered on the edX platform, within the framework of the PROF-XXI project, and has been co-financed by the Erasmus+ program.
